By registering an account or placing an order on DHEERAN PHARMACEUTICALS, you (the “Buyer”) agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
Sales are restricted to retail pharmacies, hospitals, nursing homes, dispensaries and other entities holding a valid drug licence under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940. Buyers must upload a valid drug-licence copy and a verified GSTIN at registration.
2. Account approval
All accounts are subject to verification by our compliance team. We reserve the right to approve, reject or suspend any account at our sole discretion.
3. Pricing & orders
- Wholesale rates are visible only to approved buyers and may change without prior notice.
- An order placed on the site is a request; it becomes binding only on issue of a tax invoice.
- Stock is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Taxes & invoicing
All prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as displayed. CGST/SGST or IGST is charged based on the buyer’s state of supply. Invoices are issued under our GSTIN 33AADFD8986D1ZC and drug licence TN/TRW/20B/01097 TN/TRW/21B/01097.
5. Payment terms
Standard terms are payment on delivery unless a credit period has been mutually agreed in writing. Overdue balances may attract interest of up to 18% p.a. and supplies may be paused.
6. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before invoice generation. Once invoiced, cancellation is governed by our Refund & Return policies.
7. Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
8. Compliance
The buyer is responsible for storing, dispensing and re-selling medicines in accordance with the Drugs & Cosmetics Rules, cold-chain requirements where applicable, and the buyer’s own drug licence.
9. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tamil Nadu, India.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
